Within the warranty period, Jetview will provide satisfactory repair or replacement service at no additional charge for any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship.
Warranty Terms and Conditions are as noted below:
- One (1) year limited parts warranty (90 days for 2.5", 7",and 8" LCD monitor) from the date of purchase appearing on the original invoice or manufacturers' warranty whichever specified.
- Our limited warranty does not apply to products that are physically damaged or damaged under abnormal operations.
- All shipping charges are not refundable.
If a warranty replacement or repair is required, the purchaser must contact Jetview at +1 (604) 248-1520 ext. 21 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and provide the following information:
- Model and serial number
- Date of Return, P.O. number, Sales Order number, or Jetview invoice number
- Details of the defect or problem
The purchaser will need to sign a pre-authorized credit card payment if the replaced item is sent before receiving the defective item. If the defective item is not received within 15 days the replaced item has been sent, Jetview Electronics Ltd. will have the right to charge the pre-authorized payment.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Jetview will allow a refund or exchange if the products are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase appearing on the original invoice. Make sure the products to be returned are in its original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories) along with the original sales receipts. There may be a nominal charge for missing packaging, accessories or manuals.
In order to return products to us for repair or credit, please contact your sales rep. or call us at (604) 248-1520 Ext. 21 to obtain an authorization number.
All merchandise returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking and refurbishing charge. Items to be returned must be packed in their original boxes and all the accessories and manuals must be included in the package. Items have to be packed properly to avoid damage during transit. Jetview is not liable to any of such damage. Only the authorized items under the issued RMA number will be processed. Items not found in the authorization will be sent back at sender's expense.
Any defective or returned items have to be dropped off or shipped prepaid to Jetview.

In order to process your application, we require (1) A fully completed and signed application form with trade references and banking information provided and (2) A copy of Certificate of Registration if PST exempt is applied. Application for Credit
For any company that requests an application for credit, please contact your sales and complete an account application form by providing your company information and trade references. Please kindly fax the completed form and required documents to (604) 248-1522. Upon approval, a confirmation letter will be issued. Jetview reserves the final decision to approve or reject any credit application.
Please note that application for credit is available to company that is located in BC only.
